This Policy explains how Teona Burchuladze (trading as ShotSeed, “we”) handles information when you use ShotSeed.

1. What we collect

• Content you submit: the video files or links you provide, and information derived from them (transcripts, analysis, extracted key frames).
• Email, if you choose to give it (to save a pack or join the waitlist).
• Technical data needed to run the Service: a truncated/hashed IP signal and basic request metadata, used for rate-limiting and abuse prevention.

2. How we use it

• To provide the analysis and deliver your shot blueprint.
• To prevent abuse and keep the free tier available.
• To improve the Service and identify content trends — in de-identified form (not tied to your identity).
• If you gave us your email: to send your pack and product updates. You can opt out anytime.

3. Processors we rely on

We use third-party infrastructure and AI providers (for example, cloud hosting and Google Vertex AI for model inference) strictly to operate the Service. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Retention

We retain submitted content and derived data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or further de-identify it. You can ask us to delete your data (see “Your rights”).

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise them, email support@shotseed.com.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Cookies

The public site uses only what is necessary to function; we do not use third-party advertising trackers. If this changes, we will update this Policy and request consent where required.
