Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ShotSeed (the “Service”). ShotSeed is a trading name of Teona Burchuladze, a sole trader registered for Self Assessment in the United Kingdom. By using the Service you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What ShotSeed does

ShotSeed analyzes short-form video that you submit (by upload or link) and returns an editorial “shot blueprint” — a breakdown of the hook, pacing, structure, key frames, and suggestions for how to recreate a similar video for your own brand. The free tier analyzes videos you upload. Additional capabilities (analyzing third-party URLs, generating recreations) require an account and may be paid.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for activity under your use of the Service.

3. Your content and rights

• You may only submit video that you own or have the rights and permissions to submit, and that does not violate any law or third party’s rights.
• You retain ownership of what you submit. You grant Teona Burchuladze a non-exclusive licence to process it to provide the Service and, in de-identified form, to improve the Service and identify content trends.
• Do not submit private, confidential, unlawful, or harmful material, or content depicting another person without their consent.

4. Acceptable use

• No reverse-engineering, scraping, or automated bulk access except as we expressly allow.
• No use to harass, deceive, infringe IP, or to build a competing dataset of biometric/facial identifiers.
• No attempts to bypass rate limits, security, or access controls.

5. Blueprints are guidance, not guarantees

Outputs are AI-generated editorial analysis. We make no promise that recreating a blueprint will produce any particular reach, views, or commercial result. You are responsible for ensuring anything you create complies with applicable platform rules and law.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design, and branding are owned by Teona Burchuladze. These Terms grant you no rights in them beyond use of the Service.

7. Service “as is”

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time, especially during early access.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teona Burchuladze is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
