Refund Policy

Free tier

The ShotSeed free analyzer requires no payment, so there is nothing to refund. You can stop using it at any time.

Paid plans (early access)

Paid plans are rolling out via waitlist and are not yet generally available. When billing is live, the terms below apply.

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the current period.
• Refund window: if you are unsatisfied, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we will review your request in good faith.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider (e.g. Paddle), and their terms may also apply to the transaction.
• We may decline refunds where there is evidence of abuse of the Service or of this policy.

How to request a refund

Email support@shotseed.com from the address on your account with your receipt or order ID. We aim to respond within a few business days.

Changes

We may update this policy before paid plans launch; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest version.
